well, how was everybody's weekend?
mine was so-so. i say so-so because parts of it were awesome and parts of it i could have really done without.
saturday was Pappy's birthday. it wasn't easy. we didn't go to ohio, because mom was trying to keep herself busy and ignore it. i got considerably better, though, when i went with Ryan, Jenna, and Shannon to see Pirates at the drive-in.
Sunday sucked on a general basis.
Monday sucked because we were going to go to ohio and sort of fixed up Pappy's grave. didn't happen. why is that? because Brandee was planning a big to-do for us to meet her boyfriend, which we didn't want to do. her and Nanny also told mom that she didn't need to go to the cemetary because they had already been there. well, that did wonders for her.
i mean, come on...we weren't going up there JUST to make it look pretty.
okay...i'm done complaining now...
on a happie note: including Saturday night i've already seen Pirates three times. Thursday with Katie, Kay, Meg, Deanna, Kristina, Raymond, and Jessica. Friday with Michael and Katie (i wanted to wait on Ryan and Jenna, but he wouldn't leave me alone about it), and the aforementioned trip to the drive-in.
i also saw Brittany Sunday.
so at least the weekend had a good start to it.
